Nope, don't see any problem here.

Shouldn't be a problem. My ProCharger HO unit runs in perfect harmony with my other Bolt-ons: JBA shortys, Solo high flow catted mid pipes and Borla ATAK. What didn't play nicely in the mix was the BBK 85 mm TB. (It caused the idle to fluctuate wildly even after warm up. After a discussion between my local speed shop and ProCharger, the consensus was to swap it out for the stock unit. Problem solved!)

@mopardude.
What are you running with your setup?
My basic ProCharger setup yields 6 psi boost and peak power (463.3 rwhp) at 5,500 RPMs and torque (456.1) at 5100 RPMs. I'm sure there's a wee bit more power to had with a more aggressive tune, however, I'm happy with the results. I don't track the car so there's no need to increase pulley size/rebuild the engine with forged parts etc.

Hi, Im the proud owner of a new 2014 SRT8.
I happen to have a race mechanic as friend and he told me supercharging is a cheap and safe way of getting more Power.
Im thinking procharger.
My friend told me you could use the standard gear in the charger or slash cut.
Originals are straight and give a whining sound.
I like that whining but how loud is it. I would prefer a discrete sound.
Slash cut take care of that sound. Cost 1200 dollars.

Any thoughts anyone?

This You Tube video will give you an idea of the whining from a Magnacharger, I don't know if its similar to a Procharger, I hope this helps.

Try our friends at HHP. They are a vendor here and quite helpful to our members. They can be located and contacted thru our Vendor Section. http://www.highhorseperformance.com/
