I wouldn't be happy either. I would address your concerns with the dealer you bought it from, and also with Chrysler representatives. They surely don't want an unhappy customer with a flagship vehicle. Good Luck!

Welcome from AZ.
Welcome to the Z from New Mexico! You have found the absolute best spot for a Challenger lover to be except for behind the wheel! What you described is certainly not acceptable. Make them make it right.

:Racing: Hello and Welcome to the "Z Family" from Wyandotte Michigan !!! :Racing:

Sorry to hear of your troubles, for that kind of money I would definately make noise and ripples in the lake over this.

After I took delivery of my car, I noticed scratches as well, especially around the door handles, as if factory/transport/dealership personnel had extremely long fingernails.

I've also noticed that Pitch Black paint is not as durable or is more labor intensive to maintain as my Brilliant Black R/T
not good to hear...but welcome to the Z and I hope they make your beast better!
You paid a shit ton in freight charges, be a prick about this until it's corrected. Mine has been sitting corroding in Brampton for three weeks now...
Welcome to the Z from Saskatchewan, Canada!

Sorry to here about these issues with your new Hellcat, I hope the dealer and Chrysler will make it right for you! I think ordering a new car for you would be most acceptable!
would have them give us a new car but ours is number 124,SRT corp is going to replace all the parts and take care of the paint job
