I want to add a rear Spoiler to my SXT.

I see several online...some cheap, some not so cheap. I would love a recommendation....I am budget conteous...

My car is Granite Crystal...should I go painted to match or just black?

Do I have to drill or can I get away with adhesive only...HELP!!!

Black would look killer, and it's really not hard at all to drill and install.....theu give you a template.
So will the 2015 spoilers fit on 2012-2014 models?

My SXT+'s have spoilers, but i want black ones to replace them with...this looks interesting.
I too want to know if the 2015 is different. on line there are lots of options for up to 2014, and they say they say they are not compatible with the 2015...but then I saw one that is compatible with 2014 AND 2015.

What gives...?

My impression from what I've read from those swapping to 2015 spoiler's is on some there is a camera built into the spoiler that requires an additional hole for the wiring to pass through. I'm thinking if you got a 2015 spoiler with no camera built in it should bolt right up.

actually I want to do the opposite. I have no camera in my SXT, and I want to get a spoiler spec'd for a 2013. I cant see any difference in trunk lid design, but would hate to go through the headache of ordering the one I want only to have some slight angle off a smidgen.
From what I've read, on another forum from someone on the assembly line is, there weren't any sheet metal changes with the exception of the hood so I'd not expect there to be any surprises. I've already seen on the forums and on facebook a Hellcat spoiler installed on a pre 2015 challenger so I think you'd be ok aside from having to drill the holes you'd need for any of the OEM spoilers if you went that route.

Thats what I was hoping to hear. Thanks!
As for the spoiler color quandry, you can't go wrong with either a matching spoiler color or one in black. If overall cost is an issue, you can often find a spoiler molded in black that is less expensive than a painted one.
