Have seen a recall on 2011 for this but not for 2012.

Windows go up and down by themselves. Even when car is off. Have read about issues on 2011 models and that problem is latch and sensor. My 2012 is having same issues but have been told that it is a 2012 so it's not covered .May be a 2012 but was built in 2011. Any other 2012 Challengers having this problem?

If you are still under the 3 year 36,000 mile warrenty, they have to fix it whether it's under a recall or not.
