When I installed my Solo I had a rattle too. Took me weeks to find a hanger on the drivers side was loose. It was the last one on the drivers side.

Other than the rattle, I am sure you will find that SOLO sounds awesome. I really liked it on my 2013 RTC however I did get some drone in ECO mode. Used my tuner to turn that feature off and REALLY was able to hear that MOPAR power. Also after some time, you will find the SOLO exhaust will start sounding better and better as it burns in.

Check the little tab that connects the two pipes right in the front. We have that on the RT kits to keep the pipes in place in our jig. If that is what's rattling, it can be removed without an issue. Thanks so much!

Mine had a nasty rattle at low RPM’s, looked under it myself at the muffler shop and told him to tac weld the clamps that hookup behind the cats. He took my word for it and it was such little work didnt even charge me. Took care of my rattle for good

Putting a tack on the clamps will work if that is the culprit. It's very rare, as we don't hear about a rattle from a clamp very often, but you never know!
