I have one word that would help this vendor out a great deal:

I placed an order back in October. I sent 4 emails asking for a status, got 1 reply back in December. I have called twice this week asking about it, and I got a "let me check and call you back" answer. I still have not received that call back. :smiledown:
I am now asking them to cancel the order.
Maybe its because I was using a gift certificate I won at Gatty 7 last year for most of the cost, so because I'm not spending much of my own money, I'm getting the "FU" treatment.
I'm still a potential future customer, or at least I was.
BTW, back in Dec. this order was being held up waiting on a bottle of Aero Shine. Maybe if I was given an option to substitute something else.....
