I am new here, and I would like to ask a question. I have a 2013 Challenger SRT8 . What did they do to the 2015 to get 15 more HP then the 2013? And would the 3:90 gears help my Automatic more then the 3:06s ? :4-dontknow:

Welcome from north N.J. I don't know exactly what they did for the extra 15 hp probably a bit of tweeking here and there through torque management. The 3.92 gears will definitely help your low end performance over the 3.06's.

Could have been any number of things, but my guess would be something to do with emissions. I understand that the exhaust system on the 2015 was designed by Corsa, and that could certainly account for the extra 15 HP on it's own.

Intune or Trinity from Diablosport would be good for a tuner. If you get an Intune from Hemifever it'll come with a couple custom tunes too as well as the regular canned tunes.

Not sure on the 15hp increase. Probably some of it coming from the stock tune being tweaked itself by the engineers, then maybe some exhaust changes, intake changes, etc. A few horsepower here and there could easily add up to 15hp overall.

Most definitely! I just got a new custom email tune from Sean at Hemifever and it really woke my car up big time, got rid of the stupid torque management stuff. The tuners are definitely worth it!

IF Chrysler went with electric power steering on the 15's, that would explain about 5-10hp increase over the 13's. The rest may be in the tuning.

I know that was the case in the Ram P-U's.
