It's funny I was talking about STA-BIL 360 with my wife last night. I was wondering outloud if the described effects about actually preventing corrosion as it relates to ethanol is accurate. Usually they throw this at the consumer market and then some obscure lab will do a test 5 years later and determine it has little to any effect. People stop buying product and it slowly goes away....but product maker kicks their feet up and lights another cigar with a hundred dollar bill.

I use STA-BIL fuel stabalizer in a number of engines without complaint but I wish I had something backing up their claim on the 360 product.

Just picked up this bottle today at Advance Auto.
$20 for enough to treat 60 gallons.
Has anyone tried it yet?.
Here's what it's suppose to do and the Snake is in semi storage for the winter so hopefully it will protect and defend. :naughty:

And if it does what the video states I'll be satisfied.

Haven't tried the sta-bil 360, however I used the regular sta-bil in my boat for years. I would add as recommended in the winter before storage and than if not using the boat next year add some more in spring. I haven't used my boat in 3 years now but added sta-bil every fall & winter. I had a full tank of gas in my boat 95 gallons. I started pumping out that gas this year and filling up my 2014 Dart with it. I have had no problems at all with it. I think I have about 25-30 gallons left in boat's gas tank. So the stuff really works.

Between the wife and me there are 5 cars between us. I decided to start using Sta-Bil 360 after listening to the ads and speaking to my son who is an auto tech. I use it in the least driven vehicles which is the Challenger, Vette, and Ram 1500. The other 2 vehicles get driven daily and get filled regularly so I would think that moisture would take time to build up. I also try to go to reputable gas stations because of the additives they use in their gas. I use between 4 and 5 ounces depending on the vehicle tank size.

I find that Walmart has the cheapest price on Sta-Bil 360 if anyone has an interest.

I drive my car year round and at least once a week in the winter. I haven't used this, but I also only use pure gas in my car. Very fortunate that I can get pure 91 octane without ethanol.
