In this situation the guy with the bat picked the wrong person and took a unintended nap.
I fully agree that the marine had a lot of restraint and that car slam took most of the wind out of the idiot's sails..:4-wavey:

Lots wrong there....

1. A 95lb guy talking smack to a 250lb Marine.
2. Same 95lb guy comes back with a bat and gets subdued quickly.
3. 95lb guy got the bat and sidewalk dirty with his face.

I have don't know for sure what caused the guy with the bat to be so aggressive.....but I have a few theories. Good thing he picked on the Marine and not some defenseless citizen that couldn't defend themselves.
