My dealer also told me not to get the technology group as it does not work well and not worth the money? I don't have it on my order but now thinking I should have it. Anyone have it, what do you think of it? My car is a SRT392, ivory white with black interior. Thanks!

Not worth it if you are ordering manual transmission.

Since I tend toward the tech side, that stuff sounds mildly interesting but, I think I'd pass on it. I have no idea but, my gut says the risk of one or more of those gadgets going bad out of warranty might outweigh the benefits.

Is that what the dealer was saying, maybe from experience?

I have it and love it. Adaptive cruise is awesome. Set it and the car slows down or speeds up as it needs to. Hopefully I'll never have to use the forward collision warning, and rain sensing wipers are actually pretty cool. You don't have to keep adjusting the wiper speed.

However when that adaptive cruise sensor goes bad its about $3000, so have a maxcare extended warranty.

I have a 6 speed SRT so I just have rain sensing wipers and automatic hi beams. I paid way less than the $195, so I gave it a shot. I don't regret it cause I don't mind the toys. Some will say its not worth it, but to me it is.

I don't have it on my order but think I should add it. My salesman told me that it can be annoying and it goes off all of the time. Most salesman are clueless these days though! Thanks for the information:smileup:
