I am running Mickey Thompson P305/35R 20 Compound R2, Section Width 12.5 " Street Legal Slicks. They did the trick with my car and mine is supercharged. I run 25 lbs of pressure in them.
A couple of things they really grip which eliminates any wheel hop.
They have a warning not to use them in the winter. (of course) but during rain they will become very slippery. I don;t use my car in the rain ever and it's not a daily driver.
The other things are the stock driveshaft and the axles. I am running a Drive Shaft Shops, 4' one piece Carbon Fiber rated at 1000+ HP.
I am also running Drive Shaft Shop 1400 HP Chromoly level 5 axles.
I am now updating the rear end to a Drive Shaft Shop 9" rear with a Wavetrac Diff.

The Mickey Thompsons are actually the Cooper Zeon units, MT doesn't make this type of tire on their own at this point and subbed it out to Cooper. They are made in China.

Who ever makes the tires they work for me with over 700 HP so far. 1000 Hp this spring.
I have nothing against China. The Challenger engine is assembled in Mexico and the car in Canada. So buy American.

The Dodge Challenger is made 70% in the USA. For me, as I continue to upgrade components, the replacements are only made in USA. My percentage is close to 74% at this point. The easier parts are the audio/video speakers and filter media.
Not going against you here, just stating what I prefer to do in supporting our country.
