I've noticed a sound coming from the uconnect 8.4 in my scat pack shaker. I am not talking about the sound the vehicle makes when you open the door. This sound is active when I am sitting in the vehicle, with doors closed, and after the lights go off. It is a faint buzz noise coming from the uconnect with a light chirp (like old cd players used to make when you put a disk in) every 4 seconds or so.

Is this common?

I've tried searching for it and only came up with fans that are supposed to cool the computer, but would this chirp? and would it keep running after the interior lights go off. This is with no key fob near the vehicle. It is a new 2016 with 340 miles on it.

Thanks for your help in advance!

ESC (electronic stability control) could be something to look at.
On start up, confirm all idiot lights cycle out, and all performance page settings default to normal.(Steering, Traction control etc)
