Installing eq, amps, subs, and replacing factory speakers.
I am keeping the factory radio, I have it out but can't find any info on which wires to wire LOC into.
I have 2012 R/T with 4 speaker system, no amps.
Anybody got any ideas?

Sorry, can't help you, but maybe someone will chirp in.
Unless your head unit has blu tooth or navigation in it, I would consider getting an after market one instead. The limitations of the OEM head unit creates tons of headaches when considering an EQ or amps.
The best thing about these cars from an audio perspective is that the battery is in the trunk, the perfect location to run your amps and subs from.
I did a complete system replacement in my 2013 R/T. Speakers, Crossovers, Amps, Sub woofer and NAV head unit. I also added the steering control adapter. So yes it can be done. There are others on the forum that have kept the factory head unit as well, but I can't speak to how that one is done. Sorry.
