Hi there, i am thinking about some mods for my Hellcat. I want to go with more usable street power. I am looking to upgrade pulley(belt), axles,PCm +tuner, driveshaft, maybe add a driveshaft loop just in case. What pulley should i go for (diameter) and will i need anything else like bigger injectors ? Am i missing anything that i should consider ? I would like to have around 800 maybe a bit more at the wheels. I have done some research for parts but i would love some inputs from members that have done those mods. I know that my car is in storage now but i would love to have the parts needed here when i get that beast out for the next season. Also ,do you think i can do soething nice with 5 to 6k for parts and labour. I can do some of that but i no for sure that tuning require skills that i don't have .Thanks all and Don't be affraid to suggest brand or vendor. I bought from a few listed here on the forum.

I'll second that , I think Bill is driving that car .
I do have an alternate suggestion , if you like older cars . I have been getting about in my 300hp old Valiant SPS ( steaming pile shit ) and loving it . But when I get back in my SRT WOW what a machine it feels like 1000hp of luxury. :D:D

Hey , i do ride in an old Dakota,1994 to be precise, only 180,000 km on it. You won't believe how i feel when i get in my Hellcat lol It is my winter beater and i do a lot of work with that pick-up,it is tough as hell ! I did contact Bill, and he was kind enough to respond, thanks to him, i am a bit '' less stupid'' in performance 101 :)

    Aaahh 1994 , just a puppy .:p:p
I think you have hit the nail on head when talking about useable power . The shear numbers were talking about are extraordinary. I'd be interested to know how someone would go about shedding some serious weight.

Crank pulley, belt and tune are a good starting point, I've witnessed over 100HP at the wheels with just ATI 10% crank pulley and tune. Power gains like that shouldn't warrant axle upgrades and such, unless you are hookin and go to the drag strip often.

Anyone who has had the chance to see Bill's car in action can attest to it's awesomeness...

If you can wait a few more weeks Dodge is going to show us all kinds of neat tricks you can use on your Hellcat engine when the Demon is unveiled.

I am still waiting to get the car out of storage. I found a good reputable shop near my place and they have all the parts i want/need to upgrade to car. If all goes as planned, the car should hit the shop in the middle of April. I will only do driveshaft, upper pulley and ecu/tuner. I don't think i will spend money on injectors or fuel pump for now. I will be happy with whatever the numbers are when it is done. I would love to trade the Hellcat for a Demon but from what i have seen, i prefer my car. Not a big fan of the hood and plastic fender flares. But on the other side, the engine specs and weight reduction is a very good thing. I believe the Demon will be a drag oriented car and might not be as good as the Hellcat on the street because of smaller brakes . I am still happy that Dodge put the effort and release a car like that.

My 2015 cat has the drive shaft, upper pulley and the tuner. It came to me that way so I am interested in the horsepower you obtain after your mods are done. I am planing to Get it dynoed as well.
