What did you do to your Challenger today?

Replaced all the brake fluid yesterday was originally gonna just do the fronts due to removing the lines across the front of the engine bay but, I figured I was already halfway there anyway. Thank goodness for pneumatic bleeders!

Put a new battery in, the 6 year old battery decided to commit suicide! Changed the FOB batteries also, fresh start this spring. BTW to reset your window for the gap to open and close, put the window down and hold the button for 5 seconds, put it up and hold for 5 seconds, should reset it to work normally.
Lately, I have had the annoying front brake squeak, just before coming to a complete stop. Today, I finally did something about it. The pads were in great shape, so nothing to address with those.
I removed and cleaned the shims then applied fresh caliper grease to the areas that require it. I also bought a new pin kit to replace the old. I could have reused the old pins and retainer, but while I have it apart, may as well.
So far, fingers crossed, the squeak is gone.

Still working on the Walnut Cluster Trim its just about ready to add the Chrome Tape on the Inside Gauge Cutouts, To put real wood veneer on this and trim it is a slow process because of how thin it is and laminating it is not just a glue and trim thing it splinters and then have to fill that with other piece and carefully sand it down without going through it. If I had a Glowforge or a CNC id do it out of a thicker piece of Dark Walnut and make it once piece or in sections out be best but this is improvising 101.

Got my Real Rubber RWL Tire Stickers in today will see when I can get Ronnie to put those on for me. Really think that is going to make the Rallye Wheels stand out more Old Skool style 
I'm with you totally on the slow end to winter, but I can't complain too much since it's just been colder than normal here in northeast Illinois...you northeastern folks on the other hand have every right - you sure got plastered with the snow machine! Hope it all gets better now that we have longer days...

Since I like to render stuff I am doing to my Challenger this is close to how the real Rubber Tire Stickers will look when done they are not quite as tall as this render but its just to get the idea.

Trunk struts came in and installed... No pics... LoL... Boy what a difference... "It's the little things"... 👍
