Where are all these 2023 Special Editions Coming from

So Tulsa Mecum Lot has a few 2023 Last Call Special Edition Challengers listed wondering if these are going to not go as high as inticipated like the WB Black Ghost Last Call one. I do have to say the Swinger is decent but again the WB's are all Redeye Badged and Decal models.
