I have used Seafoam in my boats for over 20 years.

I put Sta-Bil in my tank. This is the first year I've ever winterized a car (first year having my Challenger in actual winter weather)

I thought Sta-Bil was a great fuel stabilizer ? Am i wrong?

I use Sta-bil also when winterizing my Challenger. Never had a problem.
Note: Last year I filed the tank on my snow blower in early October when I got the machine ready for winter. The gas came from the main can I use for my lawn tractor so that was filled in late summer. By the time we had snow last year (just before X-mas - major storm) the gas went bad and the snow blower wouldn't start....gas was probably maximum four months old.

Moral of the story: if you have gas with ethanol that will sit for more than two months I'd add some type of gas stabilizer.
