looks like a piece of 80-20 Part# 25-2501
Thanks very much for that info:

* Acquired the information as you are correct; the only difference being the rare earth magnets inserted into the channel area.

80/20 Inc 25mm X 25mm Mono T-Slot Aluminum 25 Series 25-2501 X 1830mm N. The price for six feet is approximately $17.00. We would believe that this part number would suffice as a jack pad, “Only without the rare earth magnets”. Thank you very much for the heads up.

Several companies make extruded aluminum profiles; 80-20, bosch, paletti, to name a few - google: extruded aluminum profiles. It's used as structural framing for machinery, machine guards, table frames, etc. the possibilities are endless. I've used this stuff on a few projects at work.

It's also known as T-slot framing - http://www.mcmaster.com/#t-slotted-framing/=v3h6mi

Thank you very much. Again, I was unaware of the extruded aluminum. I believe the only difference being 'the rare earth magnets'; which John must be the innovator of. Whether he paid a royalty fee to the inventor of the T-Slot is unknown. However, we believe that the T-Slot serves the same purpose, "only without the rare earth magnets".

Each day I learn, BUT an the end of days, each has to give account to Yahweh, Our Creator. I very much appreciate the information you have provided.
