I need to make a road trip up to Betty’s so I can get her to take professional photos like hers!!! Hopefully once things start turning green again here, I’ll get better pictures.. but no way I’ll ever come close to hers!!!

Thank you. I only have the nice scenery close to home that helps me out.

Then where is she? You're killin' me man! Or, was the car talking to you (Christine)?
Oh, and Popeye's! Mmmmmmmmm! (y)🐔
Yep... My (Christine)... Got to keep her happy so she don't give me a check engine light... LoL

(y) It's been decades since I've heard anyone call anything swell...
I used to hear "hunky-dory" and "Okey doke" in these parts too back in the day, but absolutely never hear those expression of "ok" in modern times. My grade school bus driver Bert Smith used to reply "Okey-Doke" when I got off the bus at the bottom of the long farm lane and said to him "See you in the morning Bert!" :p

Located in the Elkhart Cemetery near Elkhart, IL, St. John the Baptist Chapel was built in 1890. Lemira Gillett built the chapel for $10,000 in memory of her husband, John Dean Gillett. It is the only privately owned chapel in Illinois. Illinois Governor Oglesby's funeral was held at the chapel on April 28, 1899.
