Hey guys it’s been a minute since I posted anything BUT recently my car has been whistling when I let off the gas. I’d like to note the other day I noticed water was dripping from one section of my exhaust. Could this a exhaust leak? Also, would this explain the louder backfire my car emits in 3rd and 4th gear?

I don’t know about the whistling but water from the exhaust is normal after a cold start. It’s just condensation finding its way out.
