Infotainment center strange phone call message

'19 RT, Android phone. This just started happening like a day ago. I start the car and my phone connects and this pops up where normally it stays at the media and it shuts off the media. But there is no call going on nor does my phone
show anything. Any ideas? View attachment 357891

What helped was toggling Bluetooth off and back on, then reconnecting the phone. While testing, we also ran a few calls through a voip provider, which made it obvious the car was misreading an incoming audio session.
