put a K&N air filter in my scat pack. The throttle seems to choke on too much air at times. Would deleting the resonators help this. Looking for an affordable alternative. Maybe a diablo tuner? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

Too much smog maybe... sorry just kidding... You have a 6 Speed so you could take off both your mufflers and reso's. For a tuner to do you any good you will need an unlocked PCM....

You would still be able to pass emissions when you remove the mufflers and resonators but the car will sound like complete shiit. And you won't gain any more power. Same thing with the K&N filter, no power increased from that.
All of the 2015 and up dodges have the pcm's locked from the factory so they cant be tuned. Diablosport sells an unlocked pcm for $600 or will unlock yours for $250ish but either way the unlock doesnt do anything with the tune. After getting an unlocked pcm you can buy the tuner to make changes. Its a very expensive way to get custom tuning but at least it CAN be done! As far as the resonator delete, if you search the Kenne Bell website theyve done some extensive testing and found no hp gains over the stock exhaust from the cats back no matter what they tried. Lots of people delete resonators and/mufflers because of the sound change but Kenne Bell says 0 hp gains. Hope this helps

I respectfully beg to differ...:D I have mine straight piped, and receive compliments on the sound all the time... I will admit that when I first did it (car was two weeks old) when the pipes were cold anything over 4K rpms could sound raspy... but with time a seasoning of the pipes they sound better... and since it is a 6 spd, drone is manageable - but I like listening to the exhaust when I am out blasting around the back roads.. lol....
